By submitting the reservation form, you agree that we will collect your personal data, such as name, email, phone number and other information you send us. These data will be used only in relation to the management of your reservation, the acquired photo session and the delivery of the same. The personal data collected about you is stored for an indefinite period of time. You have the right to revoke your consent with the use and collection of your data at any time. In such case, we will delete your data from the database immediately.
These Terms and conditions and the provision of the services of Caro Navarro Photography will be governed by the applicable laws in Mexico. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions and our services will be submitted exclusively to the courts of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. These terms apply to all reservations and packages of products and services purchased either by the user or exchanged by the beneficiaries.
